		<description>You can take walks or jog, that is free!  if you don&#039;t feel like leaving the house to exercise, you can get a mini-trampoline, I got one from walmart that was like $30. It tracks calories, number, of jumps and tracks the mins/hours you&#039;ve been on there. It also comes with these bungees attached to handles for arm strengthening. It&#039;s awesome and I&#039;ve lost a ton of weight from it!</description>

		<description>I read somewhere that people who take a brisk half hour walk every day get better exercise than someone who goes to the gym a couple of times a week but does little else the rest of the time.
Try walking somewhere instead of driving or going on the bus or walking up and down stairs instead of taking lifts. You can do simple step exercises on your own stairs, try doing it to music. It costs nothing and could actually save you money as well as burning off some of those unwanted calories.</description>
