By admin | April 6, 2010

Best bar none is the press up,you can vary the distance you have your hands apart, to work chest, back or arms, biceps and triceps.Make sure you touch the ground for a split second with your chest, before returning as high up as possible. Strap that knee up first.NO girlie sagging keep your back and legs straight.Start with 3 sets of ten then 20 then 30.Cad likes to bang 50 out you get a total upperbody work out in less than a minute!
