The same as anyone else in that Branch of the military, if in the Army you follow those regs same as if in the Marines!

Your age will affect the requirements so just do a Internet search on the branch of the service you want to join.

In the UK? The same a a regular solder or marine. You do the same basic training as everyone else.

Same as everyone else. It don’t matter what your MOS is, you are a basic infantryman first and foremost. A Grunt, ground pounder and being a cook, or musician is secondary.

For you to be part of the band in the Marine Corps you have to pass a knowledge test on the insturment you a playing. you will also have to know how to read the sheet music and be tested on that. the recruiter finds out when they can get guy who does the interviews and test for them and sets it up. i think it takes a couple of hours but not too sure. of course you still have to go through bootcamp and do all of the other training too. hope this is what kind of info you were looking for.

Not sure, but I know if you become a Marine musician, you can choose not to go to bootcamp.

Same as regular forces plus musicians are trained in First Aid and stretcher bearers when in a war zone.
