    Run around your town for atleast an hour and then do some strenght training and then cool down with playing some basketball

    Just because someone may be skinny or slim, it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t excersise. As you get older, excersising has to be a part of your life otherwise, weight gain is inevitable.
