Motorised! They help push you onwards! great if ypu need motivation as you don’t want to fall flat on your face by not keeping up the pace!!

the best thing is to be outside running treadmills are only for rainy days

well i have a non motorised and i wish i had got the motorised one, Ti’s a pain in the butt. id be better off outside running.
