I’m considering buying a treadmill but can’t really afford £500 plus for a motorised treadmill. I’ve seen the unmotorised magnetic ones, which I can afford, but was wondering if they are any good or just a wast of money? thanks.

Also, how long would be suitable for me to use the treadmill for when im a first time user?
And how soon would i benefit/see the changes?
