			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know that the guidelines for exercise is around 30 minutes a day.  But as I know and so do many others.  It is sometimes impossible to fit this amount in.</p>
<p>So generally,  I run around 4/5 times a week for around 30/40 minutes at a time.  Covering around 4 miles each time.  Now is this enough exercise?   I am not running to lose weight, just to generally keep fit.</p>
