<p>So generally,  I run around 4/5 times a week for around 30/40 minutes at a time.  Covering around 4 miles each time.  Now is this enough exercise?   I am not running to lose weight, just to generally keep fit.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I Currently weigh 14stone 6lbs, I&#8217;m 6ft 2 and have a large frame. I&#8217;m finding it difficult to loose weight at the moment; i lost a fair amount over the past year yet now i seem to be on a stand still &#8211; any ideas why?</p>
<p>In January i applied to the RN, although i need to improve my fitness further to pass the PJFT &#8211; has anyone got any specific advice i could follow?</p>
