Exercise……?

By admin | March 21, 2010

I know there must be a thousand answers for this but what is the good way to loose the flab and fat all round. Just dont know what exercise is good for what part of the body and how hard to push myself whilst doing the exercises. Exercises such as cycling, situps, lifting weights etc

Do cardiovascular along with lifting weights. To start don’t push yourself. Go easy until your body is conditioned to the routine. You should be doing 20 to 30 minutes of cardio 3 to 5 times each week. Lift 2 days each week. Control your diet. You will lose weight all over and the lifting along with your other exercise will tone your muscles so you will look better. If you are going to run then run easy so that you can talk. When you need to walk then walk until you feel like running again. In about a month you will be able to run farther and a little faster. The speed is not important. If you train too hard in the beginning you will be very sore. You will probably be sore any way so it is a good idea to alternate days. After your muscles are used to exercise then you will not have this soreness. To lose weight you also need to control your diet. It takes 3500 calories to gain or lose one pound so you can over eat and gain weight regardless of how much you exercise. Change your lifestyle so you eat healthy and will for the rest of your life, not just until you lose weight and then revert back to your pre exercise habits.

You should probably go for a jog everyday for 2 miles. Someone I knew was over weight and did that and lost all of her flub in like 1 month and 1/2! I hope you figure out a good way for yourself!!!! Don’t forget to cut back on fats!!!!!

Calisthenics and a Jump Rope will do wonders. Especially the jump rope. Like running, you are throwing your entire body off the ground. The only difference is, it works your arms and shoulders more.

Any type of aerobic exercise will help you lose fat all around. So something like cycling, walking, running, swimming, etc. will work better than lifting weights. Find something you can tolerate doing for 20 minutes, 3-5 days/week. Anything that gets your heart rate up, and breathing harder will help.

    Here’s an easy answer:
Do things you enjoy doing and you’ll do them alot.
The recommendation is: 30-40 minutes every day of some form of cardio; strength training no more than 3 times per week, 30 min per session. Train major muscle groups only. E.g. chest, back, butt, legs, shoulders, abs.

depends on your condition. Build up the exercise gradually. maybe walking or power walking, then perhaps jogging. Also try out some sit ups using some machines at a gym if poss. If your a member of a gym then ask one of the advisors, thats what you pay for, the machines and their advise, good luck!!

Walking, hiking, jogging, biking… Anything that gets your heart beating will do the trick.

Well look you need to do all of these once a week.
Do not push your self that hard take a break every once and a while.
The best form of exercise is to run on a sandy beach bare foot.
But here is a list of the best ways of getting exercise.

Running on a sandy beach bare foot-Legs,stomach

any exercise will make you burn up more calories but you wont lose much flab unless you control your calorie intake.personally i think a rowing machine and a bike are good investments when the weathers good i go out on my bike when its bad i can have a row while watching a movie. the secret is to find some energetic activity that you really enjoy then it becomes a pleasure not just a chore
