Do as many sets as you can do, resting 3 minutes in between sets, and resting every other day for recovery purposes. HOOAH!

from the habit of bench pressing with my back squeezed, i tend to do the same thing when i do push ups. what is a good posture when i’m doing push up? some ppl tell me to spread my lats. which is right?

It’s hard for me to do “proper” push ups when I have a gut and a big ass lol. They say you need to keep your ass down but its hard when you have both of these problems.

i tried this and made 4 circles of approx 30 pushups, ofcourse at the start i could make much more (about 40-45) in the end i made 26 and was fatigued. i hope it will help. try it out!

i was told to do pushups every day. I have been doing them everyday for about 9 months. Should i be doing them everyday, or should i do it every other day?
