What kind of exercise can I do in my home?

I want to lose weight, but am ashamed of exercising in public due to my size. I’m eating more healthily, but that alone is not enough to cause the kind of weight loss I need. I can’t afford to buy gym equipment. Is there any exercise I can do in my home to lose weight?

I have reduced my calorie intake but am not losing weight as I don’t exercise. I can’t afford to join a gym or the cost to go swimming.I need to do something that will make a difference but won’t cost me any money at all. Any suggestions?
