Are manual treadmills just as effective as motorised treadmills?

By admin | March 30, 2010

I’m thinking of buying a manual treadmill rather than a motorised one but are they worth it?

Would I end up with the same results I would get from a motorised treadmill?

You get what you pay for.Motorised tread mills are much less forgiving than manual ones. Manual tread mills record the speed you do, motorised ones compel you to run at the speed you have set and are thus much more effective.

I have had both and like the one with out any motor. It costs less and the one who makes the power is you. I also enjoy working on it more than the other kind. good luck

Don’t mean to be rude. Why don’t you save money and go for a walk?
